    First, yay for me not being in the outtakes!! Jesse, love that pic 🙂

    Workout tonight: AMRAP 20 minutes: 10 pushups, 15 situps, 20 squats
    14 rounds, 1 push up (not my best but in the range at least)

    Yard work yesterday… does that count as active recovery? Motorcycle riding today, pure bliss. I’ll be back on it tomorrow. Will probably try yesterday’s CF main work out of 50 strict pull ups, 100 push ups and a 3.2k run (in my new running shoes).

    Holy crap on those fat asses and the heavy snatch video!!! The first guy snatched 328 pounds!!!
