Front Squat

Post your weight used for each set in the comments, failed or not.

Start with the bar already racked in something and with catches just below where the bar would be in your bottom position. Rest the weight on your shoulders, not your hands!

Chest-to-ground pushups

Toes-to-bar is just like the knees-to-elbows, except you go a little more and touch your feet to the bar. All of this is done with straight arms, they do not bend AT ALL!
