Outdoor team workout for the win!!!! This is pretty simple, one person starts on GO, and when they complete a round, their partner starts a round while the other person rests.
If you’re offsite and don’t have a partner, no big deal, make it a 12 minute AMRAP and go all out!! There should be no reason to rest!
