PARTNER WORKOUT

AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE IN 20 MINUTES WHILE ALTERNATING ROUNDS WITH A PARTNER:

10 Box Jumps @ 24/18″
10 Lungewalk steps per foot
10 Pushups

Post your rounds and leftover reps to the comments. Do this outside.

Outdoor team workout for the win!!!! This is pretty simple, one person starts on GO, and when they complete a round, their partner starts a round while the other person rests.
If you’re offsite and don’t have a partner, no big deal, make it a 12 minute AMRAP and go all out!! There should be no reason to rest!

The pilot and his RIO with the most points will win the TOPGUN trophy.

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

    Did the 12 minute solo version, managed 9 rounds + 4 pushups.

      and finally got the forward spin on the rings! now to work on the backwards one… and then the forwards one with straighter arms. then same with backwards. ugh it never ends 🙂
