Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
35 pound dumbbell Thruster, 9 reps
15 ft Rope Climb, 1 ascent

    No rest for the wicked. Ran a 5k this morning. GPS says 23:19 with the running stroller.

    Especially when the running stroller fights you the whole way. It kept wanting to go the right.
