FOR LOWEST TIME POSSIBLE:
Complete a CUMULATIVE TOTAL of 800 reps by using the following movements (in order):
Situps
Squats
Pushups
KB Sumo deadlift high-pull @ 53/35lbs
CHANGE EXERCISES every minute on the minute. Post your time to the comments.
This is really quite simple, when the time starts you do situps for one minute. The minute after that, you perform squats and carry over your rep count. Next minute is pushups, the next minute is sdhp’s, and the next minute takes you back to situps. YOUR REP COUNT IS CONTINUOUS, all the way to 800!! WHEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!

Thought this was supposed to be 1000 reps?
It was, and 1000 would be a great target, however when reviewing the wod a couple times, 1000 would have taken too long for our lunch timeframe. 800 should take 20 minutes or less, 1000 probably would have gone close to 30 minutes. This is based off the scores from the 8 minute hold-your-breath-2 wod done not too long ago. And then there was an edit that was 800 reps for male and 500 reps for female but they already got scaling with the sdhp weight so the 500 had to go…
