FOR LOWEST TIME POSSIBLE:
Complete a CUMULATIVE TOTAL of 800 reps by using the following movements (in order):
KB Sumo deadlift high-pull @ 53/35lbs
CHANGE EXERCISES every minute on the minute. Post your time to the comments.
This is really quite simple, when the time starts you do situps for one minute. The minute after that, you perform squats and carry over your rep count. Next minute is pushups, the next minute is sdhp’s, and the next minute takes you back to situps. YOUR REP COUNT IS CONTINUOUS, all the way to 800!! WHEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!
