10 Second total support hold (rings)
10 Second total L-sit (rings)
10 Second total Handstand hold (floor)

Today you need a partner, and there is no way around that. Holding support on the rings is simply holding yourself up in a tight body position. The L-sit is the same but now your feet are above your hips with your legs as straight as possible. If you can hold a freestanding handstand, do that, if not, kick up onto the wall.
All movements are to be done with a partner so they can start and stop their stopwatch and spot you. DO NOT DO THIS WOD WITHOUT A PARTNER.
