This is a girl wod, codename “Chelsea”. Another name for this wod could be “Death by Cindy, for 30 minutes” 🙂 Today is a benchmark day, the results posted today will be on the benchmark page which, hasn’t been updated in a while.
The concept is simple, but IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE A ROUND, THAT IS NOT GAME OVER! Keep going to a minimum of 15 rounds. From there, post your number of completed rounds and reps as your final score. If you want to keep going at your own pace to get to 30, have at it! The same applies if you make it all the way to 30 rounds and can keep going, go until you fail! Today is a good day to push those boundaries!
