30 Box jumps @ 24/18″
20 Push presses @ 2x 53/35lb
30 Pullups

This is a hero wod, codename “Danny”. If you’re going to start flooding the trainers with complaints of too many reps and too much weight and I can’t do it or it’s too hard or it’s Monday, keep in mind … CrossFit isn’t supposed to be easy! NO WHINING 🙂 Also keep in mind that the workout actually calls for the push presses to be at 115lbs and probably 75lbs for female (if it was to be scaled at all for girls), but since we don’t have barbells and racks, our kettlebells will have to do. So to make up for that lost weight, the kb’s will either be in your hands or on the floor… no setting them down on an elevated surface. Scaling will be applied individually if it is required but do this as rx’ed.

    pretty hard. pushpresses hurt

    2 rounds + 21 pull ups. This one sucked only cause it was Monday.

    Granny did 3 rounds.

    We scaled it. Used 95-lbs barbell.
