    10 SDHP @ 95lbs
    10 Push press @ 95lbs

    19:44. Burnt out on this one, don’t know what the deal is… should probably try and eat more. was getting pretty dizzy halfway through

    I did the 23 Dec workout:
    1 mile run, 50 double unders, 50 pushups, 50 double unders, 50 situps, 50 double unders, 50 squats, 50 double unders

    Going to do the 12 days of Xmas later today. Did 10 RFT 150 single unders 150m row. 21:37.

    Tonight was the ‘kettlebell challenge’ at camp as-sayliyah. So I drove all the way out there with 3 others to do this, it was :

    1 minute max reps of chest high kettlebell swings @ 53/18lbs. That’s right, 18 pounds for female… well the only girl that was there was the one I brought and she said F that, i’m using the 40lb!!
    I took second with 39 swings. It was actually hard to go halfway up because im used to powering through and going all the way up. was still easy though. pissed that i took second to someone that didn’t even do any of them right. oh well, pictures will be up later.

    I did the 27 Dec wod:
    21-18-15-12-9
    Squat Jumps /Situp-Standups
    I used the 10 lb medicine ball while doing the situp-standups
    10m 12s

    My legs were burning on this one something awful!

    I tried the sit up stand up with the med ball and HOLY CRAP it was a helluva lot easier!
