Back squat, 1 rep
Shoulder Press, 1 rep
Deadlift, 1 rep
So i kind of fell off the wod train when I was getting too exhausted to even want to workout. I’ll be back on track Monday!
Yeah, you lazy bum!! I would NEVER miss a workout…. hahaha 😉
