    Late night lifting tonight, around 1130pm headed to the gym to knock out the squats. Warmed up with a lot of foam rolling on everything and then did some 95lb squats to get my mind straight, then hit the 1×20 @ 155lb. This week with that weight wasn’t entirely too difficult, next week with 165lb will be harder. But that’s the idea.

    Update on my heel. Feeling MUCH better today. Not limping at all. Thank goodness I only bruised it badly! Back in the saddle tomorrow 😀
