CrossFit HQ WOD:
Three rounds for time of:
275 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
500m max effort row
a tenth slower than my previous try but still virtually the same. I almost fell off the seat about 8-10 times so there were that many pulls that weren’t full power. You’re probably thinking ‘so what’, but every pull has to count in order to get a fast time! Took a video, it’s on the video page 🙂
After that I could barely walk and was very dizzy for a good 20 minutes, then sat down and fell asleep. at the gym. lol
Then after I was functional again, did some ring work. Held a few back levers for 2 seconds or so, even though it felt like forever. Got video of that too. Also worked on bar muscle ups and got a couple.
Good stuff. Will check out the vids later.
