    We don’t have rings here yet (mine are on order still) so we used the step up boxes and set them about 6″ high on each side, with a 12″ mat for the feet to go on and just did super deep pushups, as deep as flexibility would allow.

    7:54. Push ups were done with feet on an 18-inch box and hands on medicine balls.

    6:59 As Rey said… with hands on medicine balls…. It Hurt…lol Couple times my Med balls were trying to roll away and took me down..lol Its hard to get the hand back up on top when your smoked.
