    4:56. Sucks being TDY and going to an unknown gym. They had 1 rower upstairs and the pullup station downstairs. Felt like I was gonna fall down the stairs.

    Then I went back upstairs and rowed another 2k.

      Hardest part was transition from rower to squats in first round. Second round was good to go. Contemplated a third… but I think I have made known my feelings on the rower.

      The other other Ray 1 round in 6:01

    i wanted the 500m to be in 1:40 and did it in 1:36, then got stuck in the straps 🙂 i could knock a good bit of time off this.

      also gave the 100lb kettlebell a try, did 5 swings before i decided to put it down. maybe next week i’ll go for max reps just for funsies

        Andy…. I think “funsies” should definitely be in reference to something like roller-coasters… pizza… or even Disney… definitely not applicable to painful torture!!!! Lol 😉 “I like to work out till I want to pass out for ‘funsies'” just sounds wrong… haha. Jk… you’re one of my new heroes 😉

    I can’t believe I had the slowest time today… Boo. Oh well.

    7:08 for one round. Did the 500m in 2minutes… guess I’m just not fast yet for the rest.

    I am going to try to Paleo thing even though I have serious concerns…. haha. I don’t have a lot of things to keep me from making better choices in food, so maybe it’s worth a shot. I hate trying things that I don’t think I can keep up for the rest of my life, but maybe I can take a few things away from all this. AND maybe shed the 10lbs I have wanted to for… forever 🙂

      It gets easier with time. Just keep doing it. The payoff for me is benchmark days. When I see major improvement in time/rounds/reps, all the pain, almost passing out is well worth it.

    7×35# DB Clean/Thrusters
    7xRing PU
    7xAbmat Med Ball SU
    Every 3 minutes stop and do 10 Burpees
    3 rounds + 7 C/T
