    Hahaha, I think your the only one that did it…lol

    Couldn’t get to it today lots of moving equipment at work didn’t want to break the momentum with the Airmen. Going to do it in the morning though, and then follow up with tomorrows WOD at Lunch time… So i’ll probably be extra poop’d tomorrow…

    Worked out at Crossfit Hampton Roads tonight…great coaching there.
    Warmup – 2 rounds:
    10 sec handstand hold
    10 air squats
    30 double under attempts (singles not counted)
    10 good mornings (bar only, focus on stretching and ROM)
    10 straight leg deadlifts (bar only, focus on stretching and ROM)

    WOD:
    15 minutes to 2rep max deadlift – 325# (single rep of 335 & 345)
    Farmer’s carry – weighted vest, 2×88# KB 50 yards
    Front carry – weighted vest, 100# and 140# 50 yards

    I will be back with the lunch group tomorrow

    I know three people that did this today in addition to Old Rey. I was not one of them – did a quick workout since I still don’t feel 100%.
