    352 reps, 35lb KB for good mornings and blue band for hspu.

    Nice to see so many people at lunch – we had 7 today so one at each station 🙂
    No pictures though…camera was being used for actual work at the time.

    349 with a 53lb KB for GM’s. I think Rey shafted me on one or two of my TtoB!!!lol yeah Rey, you know what i’m talking about!

      If one foot touches the bar and the other isn’t even halfway up does it count?

        Really REY,,, Really!!!”isn’t even halfway up” You know it was alot closer than that. I admit it didn’t touch the bar, but there was like in 8″ difference. knees where equally level and it all hurt just the same. So yes, Lets vote you Toe’s to Bar Nazi!!!lol

        but I can’t vouch that all of mine were 100% legit either – I didn’t have Rey to police me…

        I was going to vote in your favor but if I give them to you, you will have more reps than me…
