10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Sumo Deadlift High Pull @ 70/53lb

Post your time to the comments.

Alternate movements in this workout, i.e. 1 and 10, 2 and 9, 3 and 8 etc.
Have a partner put the KB behind the knees of the person doing the pullups with their legs at 90 degrees from the knees (feet up, soles facing the rear). For those that use bands for pullups, go down a band to do this workout!

Melissa will be at the gym both at lunch and after work!

    13:28, 53lb KB and no bands for pullups
    Plus a work break in the middle to answer some questions 😛 didn’t adjust time…

    15:17 for me. Had a 20-lb DB at the feet. Strict pullups. 70-lb KB. Pic being sent.

    Dan had 10:19. Same as above.

    Andy – 19:30, 90lb for high pulls, pullups went like this:
    1, 2, 3, and 4 was with 35lbs
    5, 6, 7, 8 was with 25lbs
    9 and 10 was with 20lbs

    Steve – 21:38, 90lb high pulls, 20lb for all pullups

    Ryan and Rob did yesterdays wod:
    Ryan – 9:33, 24″
    Rob – 12:30, 24″
