    we started today off with 7×3 front squats, then only me and glenn did the wod

    Rob: 135-145-155-165-165-170-175

    Glenn: 135-145-155-165(f)-155-145-145
    wod – 6 rounds, regular pushups, jumping pullups, 27lb dumbbell

    Andy: 135-155-185-195-205-215-225
    wod – 8 rounds, 37lb dumbbell

      i felt like i could have done more on the squats, but 225×3 is a definite PR since 3 months ago i couldn’t even do 225×1 😀 the shoes helped a lot too.

    8 rounds and 5KB Snatches. I really wanted to get 9 rounds completed, but IT SUCKED!!! Whom ever thought of this WOD, I HATE YOU!!!lol
