Monday 14 March WOD

Today, you have a choice!!

Row 2K


Run 1 mile
200 squats
200 pushups
200 situps
Run 1 mile

Option 2 is obviously longer. What you don’t do today, you will have the option to do on Friday. So, depending on your schedule, choose what will work for you. If time is a limiting factor, you can always do option 2 and scale the number of reps for the squats, pushups and situps. For those that would like to run outside, if you leave the gym door and run to the end of the 400m stretch that we use behind the CENTCOM parking lot and run back, that is approx 1 mile.

    Take note all: “For time” on such a short wod as a 2k row does not mean “for fun”. Row hard, blast your body, and beat your previous best!

    Did option 2 today – 53:25

    slower on the pushups but made up some time on the situps.

    Option 2 – 63:40 of pain. Squats were better than expected, pushups? not so much I lost a LOT of time there.
