1. Handstand pushups
2. Box jumps 24/18″
3. Toes to rings
4. Good mornings 53/35lbs
5. Burpees
6. KB Swings 53/35lbs
7. Rest

165 pound Squat clean
165 pound Jerk

    296 reps

    Blue band for HSPUs and 35lb KB for good mornings and swings. I lost reps on HSPUs and toes to rings and made up some on box jumps and good mornings…

    I know why the handstand pushups were so hard today… I put the bands up backwards – oooops. Think of it as a challenge instead – great job today!!
