For those at the Vince gym, the sidewalk from the gym door to the end of the sidewalk near the loading dock is approx 100m so we will run there and back for the 200m sprints.

    todays is a shortened version of the benchmark “Kelly”, but since we had the stuff to do the Rx version we did that instead.

    5 rounds
    400m run
    30 box jumps @ 24″
    30 wallball @ 20lbs

    Sub’d a 250m row instead of running.

    Staggered the start due to 2 rowers and 2 24-inch boxes. For a couple of rounds we were alternating box jumps.

    ALL: DON’T FORGET ABOUT THE MONTHY CHALLENGE…. THE WEEK 1 DOUBLE UNDER PART IS ALMOST OVER! DO ONE, AND YOU’RE IN THE RUNNING. DO NOTHING, AND ALL FOUR EVENTS WILL JUST BE ONE BIG WOD AT THE END OF THE MONTH…. YOUR CHOICE
