135 pound Power clean, 5 reps
135 pound Front squat, 10 reps
135 pound Jerk, 5 reps
20 Pull-ups
Rest 90 seconds

    worked out today…was trying to beat my time on this workout
    Run 1 mile
    50 double unders
    50 pushups
    50 double unders
    50 situps
    50 double unders
    50 squats
    50 double unders

    Stupid stopwatch crapped out part way into this one so I have no idea what my time was. New stopwatch bought today!
