Yesterday evening, we rearranged the gym to try and get some more space out of the place and make the fall-off area of the treadmills bigger/safer, and it seems to have gone well.

CrossFit Games Open 11.6

Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of the following rep scheme:
100 pound Thruster, 3 reps
3 Chest to bar Pull-ups 
100 pound Thruster, 6 reps
6 Chest to bar Pull-ups 
100 pound Thruster, 9 reps 
9 Chest to bar Pull-ups 
100 pound Thruster, 12 reps
12 Chest to bar Pull-ups 
100 pound Thruster, 15 reps
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups 
100 pound Thruster, 18 reps 
18 Chest to bar Pull-ups 
100 pound Thruster, 21 reps 
21 Chest to bar Pull-ups…

This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 21, go on to 24. If you complete 24, go on to 27, etc.

    O.K. O.K. Today was a pass day, considering my thighs Are still thrashed from the option 2 yesterday, and the 4miler this morning… But I will make it up… Promise! Plus I’m signing up tomorrow for the EOD Challenge on Sunday… 5K Ruck, 1/2Mile open water swim, then 10K Trail Run… Should be fun! 🙂

    Did option 1 today with Amy!! It was her first time doing crossfit and she rocked it! 🙂

    I still think my legs are not on the same team with my arms when it comes to pull-ups!!! LOL Darn my skinny arms and tree-trunk legs 🙂
