Friday 29 April WOD


AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE IN 10 MINUTES:

1 Burpee
2 Kettlebell swings
3 Burpees
4 Kettlebell swings
5 Burpees
6 Kettlebell swings
7 Burpees
8 Kettlebell swings
9 Burpees
10 Kettlebell swings
11 Burpees…..

…. and so on, until the time limit is reached.

Post your final round and rep to the comments.

THIS IS THE WODDDDDD THAT DOESN’T ENDDDDDD….. YES IT GOES ONNNN AND ONNNNN MY FREINDDDDDDDDDDD……… hehe

Yes, this thing keeps going for 10 minutes so go all out! Each round increases by one rep. Feel free to recruit a counter to help you keep track of where you are, as we will run at least two heats tomorrow.

Example of a score: 29 KB swings + 15 burpees @ 53lbs.

15 ft Rope Climb, 1 ascent
Run 400 meters
Max rep Handstand push-up

    not gonna lie, Not my favorite WOD… Most likely due to the burpees. Though I didn’t feel any muscle failure going on. However, I was completely smoked by the burpees…
    I stand by quote “burpees are the DEVIL!!!”

    17 burpees and 2 swings @ 70lbs

    yeah the burpees made this hell… kb swings and box jumps might have been a tougher combo

      70lb’er, throwing the big ball around ehhh. Nice Job, If I’d tried that I’m sure I would have ended up with a dent and a 70lb kb imprint on my forehead…lol

        HAHA… it just takes practice. First time i ever used it, it almost threw me on my ass but eventually i got better with it. in qatar i swung the 100lb’er to try it out and did a wod with the 90lb kb. gotta keep stepping it up whenever possible!
