    10:42 on the situp wod.. twisted my knee about 4 times during the wallballs, dangit

    @Andy: you were right, Rey and I both upgraded to the 70lb KB today… Wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be… Well the first 22 weren’t. lol but the rest were tough. Might need to move up to the 70lb’r in more of my work outs..

    After work I went and did some warmup squats and then the HQ wod

    10x135lbs
    10x185lbs
    10x225lbs

    wod: 7:56 @ 95lbs, didn’t really try to hard but it was still good to get some overhead squats done.
