AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE IN 20 MINUTES

5 Hand-release pushups
10 Box jumps
15 Squats

Post your rounds and leftover reps to the comments.

Here we go! Get all 20 minutes and make them count!
Remember, the hand-release pushups have you lift your hands off the ground when you’re in the bottom position.
