    28:25 with a 95lb barbell and 53lb kettlebell

    hit my throat really hard just under the adams apple on round two… omg that hurt

    legs tired from squats during the wod yesterday and back squats at the base gym.

    This week has been sucky for crossfit 😦
    I’ll be in TX all next week, but I’ll try to find a gym out there so I can do some of the WODs 🙂

    Oh, Melissa, I signed up for the Mud Bash!! Woohoo!! Maybe if I run enough races, I’ll eventually get better… lol… either that or I’ll die tryin!! Practice makes better!!
