Monday 16 May WOD


FOR TIME:

21-15-9 reps of,
Overhead kettlebell lungewalk steps, Right hand
Kettlebell swings
Overhead kettlebell lungewalk steps, Left hand
Kettlebell swings

Post your time and weight used to the comments.

Keep your arm LOCKED OUT overhead on the lungewalks. If you are able to hold the kettlebell up with a bent arm, it isn’t heavy enough. Use your other arm for balance, not to help your other arm hold the weight up!

CrossFit HQ WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in five minutes of:
275 pound Deadlift, 3 reps
115 pound Push press, 7 reps

    We had 20 people at lunch today!! It would have been 21 if I had worked out too šŸ™‚

    Yes, IT Band hurts again after the Friday run so lungewalks was not going to happen today. I will do something light tonight.

        I am OK – just painful when I walk up and down steps or walk for too much right now. I tried an unweighted lungewalk and it hurt when leg was stretched in the back postion.

        Just going to work my way back into weighted lunges and squats and cut back on running this week until I feel like it is healed.

        Don’t worry, I’m going to do pullups, pushups and stuffs tonight at home šŸ™‚ and ice my leg of course.
