AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE IN 10 MINUTES:

5 Kettlebell snatches, RIGHT HAND
5 Kettlebell snatches, LEFT HAND
10 Kettlebell goblet squats

Post your rounds and reps to the comments.

The Goblet Squat

Try to keep those elbows off the knees, so you don’t injure your arms or wrists in any way.

35 Double-unders
1 Snatch

Make one snatch attempt per round. Post time and total of all successful snatches to comments. Do not count missed reps.

    4 rounds + 3 snatches, with the 70lb kb.

    I forgot to bring home the pictures so those will be posted tomorrow night (from today)

    That one was surpisingly rough…
    6 Rounds with 5 and 5 Snatches Completed with 53lb KB Snatches and 70Lb GobSquats

      I matched your 6 rounds and 5 snatches but with only a 26lb KB. I tried the 35 KB but could not keep form.
