If anyone is following the CrossFit Games season, you would know that the Southeast Regional starts today in Jacksonville, FL. The first wod is this, and is also today’s CFHQ wod:
For time:
Run 1000 meters
30 Handstand push-ups

I did two workouts today:
1. 5 Rounds
10 Handstand pushups (blue band)
20 Good mornings (35lb KB)
2. 3 Rounds
15 ring pushups
15 ring rows
15 butterfly situps
15 OH squats (15lb bar)
Need to see times in the whiteboard pic because I don’t remember. And on the second one, I had a slight delay while I waited for someone to finish up on the pullup bar so I could do my ring pushups.
