6 Rounds
10 KB swings
25 Squats
50 yd Farmers walk

Before the workout of the day, complete 150 situps on your own time. After that, head outside for the wod! 🙂

    HUGE group today… sorry if you had to wait for a while, that won’t happen again!

    Me – 9:17 w/53# for the swing and 2 53#’s for the walk.

    Dan – 10:29 same as above.

    Chad – 16:17 (i think) with the 35#’s.

    My time was a little slower than last time but this time I was doing proper full depth squats.

    11:39 for the WOD today- 35lbs for swings and 2x 35 for the walk

    And, just got back from a 2 mile run
