Split group today. Whichever workout you don’t do today, will be your workout tomorrow!

Option 1:
5 ROUNDS FOR TIME:
10 box jumps
10 med ball slams
10 burpees
10 med ball situps

Option 2:
21-15-9 REPS FOR TIME”
Overhead lungewalk steps per foot (using KB or plate)
Overhead KB Squat

Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

    10:45 on option 2 today, used the 20lb vest and 45lb bar. the damn vest pulls down on the shoulders so much, it makes the overhead stuff a lot tougher.
