Wednesday 22 June WOD


Split Group!!  Whichever workout you didn’t do yesterday, you will do today.

Option 1:

5 ROUNDS FOR TIME:
10 box jumps
10 med ball slams
10 burpees
10 med ball situps

Option 2:
21-15-9 REPS FOR TIME”
Overhead lungewalk steps per foot (using KB or plate)
Overhead KB Squat

    Just finished Option2 (yes, it is late). 9:36 with a 30lb dumbbell. I did OH lunges but I had to do front squats bc the dumbbell was slippery and I didn’t want to crack my head.
