3 ROUNDS FOR REPS:

1 minute box jumps 24/18″
1 minute kettlebell Swings 53/35lbs
1 minute double unders (or 3x singles)
1 minute medicine ball slams 20/15lbs
1 minute burpees
1 minute rest

Depending on the weather and the size of the group will depend whether we do this one inside or outside.

    I did not do the workout today as my Achilles is really sore so taking a few rest days to make sure I do not injure it more. But I did go to day to cheer people on 🙂

    We made a few subs in the workout…
    -Due to the pouring rain,we did this wod indside and jump roping was not an option due to group size. So, we subbed rowing
    – When one rower was needed by a regular gym rower, we subbed SDHPs as needed

    Everyone did great today even though we were severly limited in space!

    Hiked Mt Diablo in CA. 7.04 miles up in 3:21:17 with my sister, had to take it slow. Me and my brother in law made it back down in 1:33:43 run/walk. Dead tired now.
