This is what the gym looked like when I was warming up at 1100….

I felt so alone....

Raf, Augie and Frank showed up a little later for the WOD.  And, I saw Meredith on her way to the track after work to do the WOD.  Nice job!!!

CrossFit HQ WOD:

Three rounds for time of:
135 pound Front squat, 12 reps
12 Burpee pull-ups
