Tuesday 5 July WOD


Team size will be determined by the number at the lunchtime WOD.  Each team member will complete the following:

30 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (35lbs)
30 Burpees
30 Kettlebell Swings (53/35lbs)
30 Medicine Ball Situps
100ft Walking Lunge with plate (45/25lbs)
150ft Sprint

Each teammate will go in succession to the next exercise as the preceding teammate clears that station.  Teammates cannot advance until the next station is clear.

Time is total time for your entire team to complete the workout.  If you are doing this individually, perform each station in succession for total time.

    3 teams of 4 today – everyone did great today in the heat.

    welcome back to David M!!

    I did this one solo: 10:58 35lb KB for SDHP and swings and 25lb plate for lungewalks.
