Run/Row 1 mile
50 Double Unders
50 Pushups
50 Double Unders
50 Situps
50 Double Unders
50 Squats
50 Double Unders

1 mile is approx from the gym door to the far end of the 400m run stretch that we use behind the CENTCOM parking lot and back to the gym.
If you cannot do double unders, you can do 3x single unders. Yes, this is jumping rope.
Scale as necessary.

I am scheduled to be in a meeting at 1100 tomorrow and Andy is still on vacation so you may be on your own tomorrow. Have fun!!
