OPTION 1: AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE IN 15 MINUTES
8 Toes to Bar/Rings
8 Burpees
8 Ring/Parallette/Box Dips

OPTION 2: AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE IN 15 MINUTES
10 Wall Ball Shots 20/15lbs
10 Kettlebell Swings 53/35lbs

    Wow it was hot outside today! So muggy that the camera kept fogging up!

    I did the wall ball/KB workout today
    9 rds + 9 KB swings (so close to 10!) If not for that extra sip of water, I might have made it.
    15lb wall ball/35lb KB
