Today is a hero wod day, and one that everyone can complete Rx’ed 🙂
YOUR GOAL TODAY IS TO BE UNDER 12 MINUTES (male) and 15 MINUTES (female).
Take this one outside to the 400m sprint area… remember: one pass is 400m, there and back is 800m.

    Did the picnic island adventure run, and did horrible… 35th place, 28:46. I just couldn’t move… feel out of shape . Got to get back on paleo and wods!
