PULLUPS: If you can do them strict, do them all strict today. If not, kip or use rubberbands.
SHOOT THRU’S: Make each one count. Go for precision on these today, not speed.
DOUBLE UNDERS: There really is no sub for double unders. It would be like trying to sub sprinting for something else.. BUT, triple single unders for those that do not have double unders yet.
BOX DIPS: Place your feet on a bench, and your hands on a plyo box. Dip down until your shoulder is even with or below your elbow, then extend upwards. If you’re a billy-badass, open the hips at the top (straighten your body) on each rep.
