    Rey, did a modified d/u and pushup WOD in the morning — bout 15 min ish— to get caught up for no WOD yesterday.
    At Lunch!!!
    Rey did Pullup/Shoot thru wod… 15min not sure gonna have to ask him
    Dan– D/U’s and BoxDips…..15 something…. Rey was time keeper…
    Box Dips totally ruined my ability to do D/U’s(as if I ever could do those damn things before)

    Then did the strict pullups/paralletes at lunch. 13:54

    Dan did the double under/box dips. 15:23
