Monday 25 July WOD


FOR TIME:

2 Rounds

30 Bar facing burpees
15 Overhead squats @ 115/85lbs
10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls @ 115/85lbs

This wod is similar to the one that was in the CrossFit games open, but less reps. 
BAR FACING BURPEE: Facing the barbell (with load), do a burpee. The jump is a two footed jump over the barbell, then turn around and face the bar for the next burpee. If you don’t have a barbell, use a paralette.

    17:49. That one sucked.

    Did 3 OHS at 115# then dropped it to 75#

      This was the one in the cf games open:

      Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
      60 Bar-facing burpees
      30 Overhead squats (120lbs / 55kg)
      10 Muscle-ups

      I made it to 21 overhead squats and time was up ….. tough one
