4th week: Continue the paleo diet by maintaining your week two and three plans, and cutting out ALL dairy products which will have you on a strict paleo diet. You’ve come a long way at this point, and finishing this week will mean completion of the February challenge and hopefully giving you a new view on eating.
Here we are, almost done with the challenge! At this point, cutting out the dairy should be an easy thing to do. You’ve already eliminated bread and replaced it with lots of veggies and fruits, already cut out refined sugars, and now you pretty much just stop eating cheese and drinking milk/cream!
